The Why

The Principle is part two of our complete three-part education pathway. For coaches who have completed The Origin and want to further deepen their skills. Or coaches who have 2+ years of experience teaching in a studio.

It is an immersive three-day training designed for indoor cycling coaches who demand a higher standard.

This is not another hyped choreography workshop.
This is education.

Over three intensive days, we go beyond the foundations to develop advanced coaching skills: refining how you assess and coach movement, sharpening your language for precision and impact, and designing targeted programming that builds specific skills with clear intent.

You’ll learn skills that allow you to make informed choices.
The goal is not performance, but to understand.
So you can apply what you learn in every class you teach.

What to Expect

Personalized small-group experience– limited spots, so you get focused guidance and attention

Education-first approach – build deep understanding, not just follow choreography

Active, balanced learning ride, observe, practice, and discuss in every session

Safe space to grow – ask questions, make mistakes, and elevate your craft with confidence
